We delivered this project to a very tight deadline, sourcing extra CRT monitors to add to our extensive collection. With many years of exhibition design under our belts this was still a challenge! Ahead of the production schedule we worked closely with the animators and editors to ensure that this multi channel video worked seamlessly across the many different display models. Each of the three banks of monitors was driven by a combination of networked Brightsign media players and a custom multi output Mac Pro running Mad Mapper. The set up was thoroughly tested at our studio here in Clapton, with designers and animators able to see their work in-situ as the piece developed which resulted in a comprehensive finished installation.
